Prayer for the Canonization of Blessed Frederic Ozanam

Faithful God, we thank you for inspiring Blessed Frederic and
 his companions to establish the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.

God of Love, we ask you to help us to keep the
spirit and vision of Blessed Frederic alive as we continue
his work of "embracing the whole world in a network of love".

God of our journey, fill us with a deep sense of gratitude
for all the blessings we have received
from our membership of the Society.

Gracious God, we ask you to bless the Cause of the
Canonization of Blessed Frederic
 and we pray to Frederic to intercede with
you to bring healing to our friend(s)…

Father, Son and Holy Spirit, fill our hearts with hope
 and may the gift of your presence be with us as
Vincentians in every aspect of our lives.
